American International University is proud to offer hardworking professionals a variety of programs designed to enhance their job skills.
Students can choose from several areas of study: Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Computer Information Systems, Finance, Construction Management, Technology Management, Nuclear Technology, Management and Leadership, Human Resource Management. The development of courses is a methodical process, drafted by professors who teach at regionally accredited colleges or universities. As a result of this process, our students enjoy curriculum that is comprised of the most popular courses currently being offered at traditional colleges.
Stringent guidelines are adhered to when preparing curriculum. Only those courses that allow the students the opportunity to learn sequentially and expand their knowledge in the expectation of progressing toward a degree are selected. The curriculum includes both:
- The content of a course of study which is detailed in the catalog of courses and descriptions, and;
- Learning activities required of a student in the process of gaining the necessary knowledge, which includes discussion forums, online quizzes and examinations.
The curriculum is always under development to ensure students receive the most up-to-date information and methodologies in their content area.
